FACADE DETAILS
This Modern triplex facade brings a bold, monochrome palette to three homes side by side, pairing crisp white brick with deep charcoal accents for a look that feels sharp, architectural, and distinctly contemporary. The staggered massing and varied roof heights create a dynamic, layered silhouette, while each of the three residences reads as its own confident form within one cohesive streetscape.
At first-floor level, tall white brick piers rise in a rhythmic sequence, framing black-clad sections finished in vertical timber-look battens and slatted screening. This interplay of solid and screened surfaces adds real depth and texture, while black-framed windows punctuate the facade with bold, graphic definition. The varying pier heights and setbacks give the composition a sculptural edge that avoids any sense of repetition.
At ground level, a covered portico shelters the entry to the first home, while black garage doors and matching front doors anchor the remaining residences beneath crisp white brick surrounds. This creates a clear, considered arrival point for all three homes, with the strong vertical piers giving the streetscape a confident, unified base.

Layered plantings of lavender and structural native grasses soften the bold architectural lines at street level, bringing texture and softness to the front gardens of all three homes. Together, these elements come together in a facade built on striking contrast and considered proportions, ensuring the Modern triplex's street presence remains sharp, distinctive, and unmistakably its own for years to come, for all three homes, and all three households.
