Meet Sam & Harry
For brothers Sam and Harry, building has always been more than a career—it’s a lifelong passion. From their earliest memories, they were immersed in the world of construction, learning the craft, understanding the challenges, and discovering the joy of creating spaces that truly work for people. That shared passion led them to found Meadan, a company built on integrity, expertise, and a commitment to making every client’s building journey seamless and rewarding.
Sam brings a unique blend of financial insight and construction know-how. With a background in the financial industry, a Commerce degree, and tertiary education in Construction Management, he combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience. Harry has been immersed in building his entire life. A licensed builder with tertiary education in Construction Management, he approaches every project with a results-driven mindset and a sharp eye for detail.
Together, as brothers and founders, Harry and Sam have grown Meadan from a family vision into a trusted building partner across Sydney and New South Wales. Their passion, hands-on approach, and unwavering commitment to clients have been the driving force behind Meadan’s success—and its expansion into Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Meet Andrew & Jason
For Andrew and Jason, building isn’t just a job—it’s a lifelong passion and a way of turning visions into reality. Together, they lead Meadan’s operations across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, bringing local knowledge, hands-on experience, and a commitment to delivering projects that exceed expectations.
Andrew draws on a rich background in civil construction and global infrastructure projects, with 15 years of experience before moving into residential building. With degrees in Engineering and Psychology, along with tertiary education in Building and Construction, he combines technical expertise with a people-focused approach. Jason has over 20 years of hands-on experience in carpentry and construction. A licensed builder with tertiary education in Construction Management, he brings a results-driven mindset and sharp project management focus to every build.
Together, Andrew and Jason, supported by Sam and Harry in New South Wales, lead Meadan in Queensland with integrity, skill, and a shared passion for building. Their local expertise, meticulous planning, and collaborative approach mean every client experiences a seamless, rewarding journey—turning ideas into homes and spaces that truly stand the test of time.
