This Modern Provincial facade brings together the grandeur of European architecture with a fresh, contemporary edge, resulting in a home that feels both grand and current. Soft, warm render and considered symmetry give the design a sense of heritage, while its bold, oversized proportions push it firmly into modern territory.

At the heart of the composition, a striking arched entry rises through both levels, its tall, sculptural form immediately drawing the eye and creating a genuine sense of arrival. Slender black-framed glazing runs through the centre of this arch, offering a glimpse into the home beyond while adding a sharp, contemporary contrast against the soft render surrounding it.

Flanking this central feature, oversized arched windows become the true showstoppers of the facade. On one side, a dramatic multi-paned arch window spans almost the full height of the upper level, filling the interior with light and lending real presence to the elevation. On the other, a trio of smaller arched windows introduces rhythm and repetition, a nod to traditional Provincial detailing reinterpreted at a bolder, more contemporary scale.

A deep, projecting cornice line wraps across the facade, separating the upper and lower levels with a strong horizontal datum that grounds the composition and adds architectural weight. Below, dark-framed windows and a solid, dark garage door introduce a striking tonal contrast against the pale render, keeping the overall palette feeling crisp and considered.
