Coastal Duplex Facade

This coastal-inspired duplex facade brings a refined, contemporary aesthetic to two homes side by side, balancing clean architectural lines with natural textures for a look that feels both relaxed and sophisticated. The upper level of each home is defined by simple geometric gable forms, softened by vertical timber screening that adds warmth, privacy and visual depth between the two dwellings.
