We used Meadan Homes for our entire knock down build process. We utilised their design services to help make our vision come to life and we couldn't be happier with the final product. The care that was taken throughout the process by all the team has been amazing. All of the trades have been fantastic and most importantly communication by everyone at all steps has been second to none. We were able to make decisions along the way to ensure that the vision came to life and the input from all the team was invaluable. The team was reliable, efficient, and very transparent. We always knew what our options were and the implications of our choices. We have built our forever home and if we ever did it again, we would only do it with Meadan Homes. Building a custom duplex is a massive undertaking - particularly if you have not done it before, but working with Meadan made the entire journey incredibly smooth and seamless. From the initial concepts, including personalised architectural requests and design cues to the final handover, the professionalism and dedication to quality were outstanding. Four key people truly made this experience exceptional for us: Our journey started with Sam, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Sam took the time to understand our investment goals and design aspirations without any high-pressure sales tactics. He was transparent about pricing, upfront about timelines, and genuinely helped us maximize the potential of our block. Belinda in looking after interior design, turning a vision into reality can be overwhelming, but Belinda made the selection and customization process an absolute joy. Her eye for design, patience, and attention to detail were incredible. She helped us strike the perfect balance between luxury and functionality, ensuring both sides of the duplex feel unique yet cohesive. Ramsey, our Site Manager and Kass our Site Administrator. Once construction began, Ramsey and Kass completely blew us away, I don't think we have met a more dedicated duo - these guys are the glue that holds the whole process together. Ramsay is a true gentleman, his communication was flawless -we were kept in the loop with regular updates (almost daily) and photos at every major milestone, his commitment to quality control and his ability to keep the trades on schedule meant the build progressed seamlessly and ahead of schedule. Any minor on-site queries were handled instantly and professionally, his approach really cemented (no pun intended) our belief that Meadan was the right builder for us. The build quality is exceptional, the project was delivered ahead of time, and the customer service was second to none. If you are looking to build a customized duplex, we cannot recommend Meadan Homes—specifically Sam, Belinda, Kass and most importantly Ramsey—highly enough!

Working with Andrew and Jason from Meadan Homes has been a genuinely positive experience. They operate with integrity, communicate clearly, and have a strong understanding of their clients’ needs. Andrew in particular stands out and I have worked mainly with him. He brings an engineering mindset and exceptional attention to detail, especially around cost estimates and planning. His calm, honest approach builds real trust. He takes the time to explain things properly and ensures everything is done right, not just quickly. We’ve also been impressed by the quality of their trades. Andrew said they only use their “A Team,” and that’s exactly what we’ve seen—reliable, honest, and polite across the board. Being a builder myself and now working as a Science and Construction Teacher, I’ve seen both sides of the industry, and we’ve been genuinely impressed with the professionalism and standard of work. My quality friendly and timely builders are Meadan Homes since 2018. They have built 6 houses for me. Everyone who saw the houses said build quality is 110%. No complaints ever. I will recommend 100% to anyone who wants to build a new house.
This review is long overdue, but as my husband and I sat outside and admired our lovely driveway and perfectly painted down pipes we remarked how the detail in our build has been very pleasing. Built during Covid, there were plenty of hurdles to jump, but Meadan jumped the hurdles and finished our house where we now happily reside. The duplex is often admired, and we would recommend Meadan because they have returned to fix any issues and the staff are pleasant and easy to get along with. Sam and Harry and Belinda are a great team.
We collaborated with Meadan Homes on a comprehensive renovation project in Frenchs Forest. This project involved a complete overhaul of most of the interior space, as well as the addition of a new upper level. We were exceedingly satisfied with the final outcome of the build and would unreservedly recommend Meadan Homes to anyone in search of a top-tier building company for their next project.

The quality of the finish was flawless and it was finished on budget as per our schedule. The ladies in the office were so friendly and always ready to help with any enquires that we had. Our building supervisor was great to deal with also. Overall I would highly recommend building with Meadan Homes and if we had to do it all over again Meadan Homes would be our only choice!
