    When their contract is signed, you receive up to $5,000* and they receive up to $5,000* off their build. A gesture, for both of you.

Terms and Conditions

  • By participating in this offer, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

* Offer is by invitation only and available exclusively to invited Meadan Homes™ past customers. Referrals must be new prospects not already in conversation with Meadan Homes.
A cash payment will be issued to the referrer, and a credit will be applied to the referred party’s build contract, within 30 days of the referred party signing a build contract, based on the contract value signed by the referred party:

  • $5,000 cash payment (Referrer) / $5,000 credit (Referred Party) for build contracts valued at $700,000 or more
    $2,500 cash payment (Referrer) / $2,500 credit (Referred Party) for build contracts valued from $300,000 to $699,999
    $1,500 cash payment (Referrer) / $1,500 credit (Referred Party) for build contracts valued below $300,000
  • The stated thresholds above will determine the value of both the cash payment to the referrer and the credit applied to the referred party’s build contract. One reward per referred household.
